Teaching Assistant - Sudbury - September Start
Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive primary school in Sudbury from September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and contributing to a nurturing classroom environment.
The school is looking for a committed practitioner with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
CONTRACT DETAILS
* Location - Sudbury
* Position - Teaching Assistant
* Type of work - Classroom support
* Start date - September
* Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
* Full time/part-time - Full time (Monday to Friday)
* Minimum rate of pay - £90-£110 per day
* Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience supporting children in a UK primary school (school-based placements accepted)
* Relevant TA training or qualifications desirable
* Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
* Provide two professional child-related references
