Job Details
Location: Leith Hub
Salary: £27,976 (Pro‑rata) per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday – Saturday

What You’ll Be Doing
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, providing customer care and sustainability support.
* Empower customers with practical, personalised energy‑saving advice to reduce usage, lower bills and shrink their carbon footprint.
* Introduce customers to Utilita’s innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
* Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently, translating technical information into everyday language.
* Act as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving to support community initiatives.
* Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the Energy Hub team to inspire others and build a cleaner, more connected future.

* Genuine interest in sustainability and community engagement, with potential to gain an ISEP qualification.
* Passion for helping people and making a difference.
* Excellent communication skills across all channels.
* Proactive, can‑do attitude.
