We’re recruiting an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a successful, multi-award-winning franchised dealership in Stourbridge representing some of the industry’s most exciting brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t old-school hard selling.

You’ll be helping customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle by giving honest advice, building trust, and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

You’ll be:

• Meeting and welcoming customers
• Managing enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads
• Building strong customer relationships
• Following up opportunities and maximising sales
• Delivering excellent customer service every step of the way
• Working towards achievable monthly targets and earning fantastic bonuses

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous car sales experience within a franchised dealership (essential)
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Confidence, energy, and drive
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional appearance and winning attitude
• Full UK driving licence

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm; Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm; Plus one weekday off — and NO Sundays!
