Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the lead coach to deliver exceptional customer support during classes.
* Provide access to gold star training and career development opportunities.
* Work closely with the lead coach to generate innovative ideas for boosting participation.
* Deliver captivating sessions to customers, prioritising safety.
* Create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for participants.
Qualifications
* Level 1 gymnastics qualification (or working towards it).
* Proof of continuous professional development.
* Insurance through the national governing body.
* Solid understanding of general health and safety policies.
