We're working with an exciting scale-up that are going from strength to strength, and they're looking for a Head of Influencers to join them.
This brand are building something ambitious, and as their Head of Influencers, you'll take full ownership of their influencer agency, supporting multiple business areas and delivering measurable commercial impact.
Who are they looking for?
* You've previously run influencers as a paid performance channel, driving real and measurable results
* You are currently working in, or have recently worked in-house for a brand
* You understand how to grow and scale a team (could be 10+ here)
* You have drive, ambition, but very importantly you have humility
* You got similar experience from a high-growth, digital-first company
* You're able to think with a commercial, performance driven mindset
* You're excited by big goals, big responsibility and a ton of autonomy
