Your new role As Project Coordinator You’ll have responsibilities aligned to supporting the services teams as well as maintaining project standards, contributing to the project reporting cycle and providing project assurance to Vysiion senior management and leadership team. Some of your responsibilities will include: Organise Operations: * Assisting with the development of project plans, including defining objectives, scope, and timelines. * Providing administrative and logistical support to the project & delivery managers. * Coordinating resources (personnel, equipment, materials,accommodation bookings & fleet) to ensure efficient project execution. Assurance of Operations * Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place quality assurance processes in line with existing ISO accreditations. * Validate that operations team activities, operate within, or in harmony with company policies and procedures. What you’ll need to succeed * Experience of a senior administration, project support or coordination role is essential as is a strong desire and energy to succeed in building a stable project delivery. * Professional and courteous manner. * Demonstrable experience working in an organisation that plans, executes and reviews success of tasks. * Direct communications with stakeholders, customers or end users. * Delivering outcomes against agreed targets * The role holder will need to hold (or be capable of obtaining) and maintaining a minimum of SC clearance for the duration of their employment.
