Main responsibilities
* Manage the Recoveries team, including people management, financial performance, cash recovery, and service standards
* Engage with stakeholders to drive results
* Report on operational performance in management meetings
* Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
* Maintain relationships with Third Party Insurers, Clients, and colleagues
* Design and implement training and change initiatives
* Achieve key metrics for cash recovery, claims handling time, and cost control
* Develop strategies to improve conversions and service standards
Candidate profile
* Experience managing Claims teams
* Proven track record in recovering credit hire invoices
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
