We’re looking for a Brand & Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns across our product range, while also taking ownership of how our products are positioned, communicated, and understood by customers. From seasonal launches to high-impact brand moments, you’ll own the full rollout — ensuring creative ideas become compelling, commercially effective campaigns across every channel.

This dual role blends brand storytelling with product marketing excellence. You'll act as the key connector between creative, product, social, partnerships, eCom, experiential, PR and our freelance network — ensuring our product narratives are consistent, differentiated, and deeply aligned with our brand purpose.


Lead campaign planning and delivery for all seasonal and capsule product launches
Define and implement go-to-market strategies, including messaging frameworks, timelines, channel plans, and asset requirements
Own the end-to-end process for brand and product shoots — including planning, casting, logistics, and on-the-day execution
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure product and brand narratives are clear, consistent, and engaging
Coordinate campaign rollout across all channels: web, social, email, retail, experiential, ambassadors, PR, and events
Partner closely with eCom, creative, partnerships, and product teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and marketing execution
Track campaign performance, analyse results, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

This is a hands-on, highly organised role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines strategic thinking with flawless execution, and has a sharp eye for detail and a commercial mindset. 6+ years of experience in brand, product, or campaign marketing — ideally within apparel or performancewear
~ Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
~ Strong product marketing expertise, with experience crafting messaging and positioning strategies
~ Confident in shoot production and managing multiple projects simultaneously
~ Digitally fluent — experienced with social, eCom, CRM, and AI-driven tools
~ Passionate about sport, with an appreciation for golf and performance apparel
~ Curious, adaptable, and excited to help shape a category-defining brand
