About The Role
Due to our continued growth, we’re looking to grow our Compliance team with an amazing opportunity for an Administrator, based at our Head Office to support the Complaince team. As an Admin, you'll work alongside a team of experienced Administrators.
Main responsibilities:
1. Liaise between the National Compliance Manager and Directors / Department Heads to make sure tasks are completed on time and to a suitable level
2. Support the HR Department by taking note during HR meetings.
3. Support the running of the compliance team through monitoring document returns
4. Support the compliance team through highlighting to retail planner errors using daily reports
5. Support the showroom-based Kitchen and Bedroom surveyors with any queries regarding hotel bookings, absence, holidays etc.
6. Maintain a clear log of all impending and in progress tasks within the Compliance team
7. Maintain a clear communication channel for the Compliance teams improvement feedback within the business
8. Maintain list of actions required and works pending for the National Compliance Manager, attend meetings with the National Compliance Manager and other stakeholders within the business and detail actions required
9. Maintain active communication channels between Compliance and other departments during the National Compliance Manager's time away from Head Office
10. Manage feedback log listing opportunities identified within the planner, systems and training to improve efficiencies
11. Monitor report returns from the Compliance Team to make sure all documents are returned on time
12. Audit compliance documentation to ensure standards are being met
13. Review holiday requests and accept / decline based on the pre-agreed framework
14. Complete return to works with the Comoliance Team Members the morning of their first day back after any absence
15. Ensure in advance of all regional meetings all documents are prepared and accommodation is booked
16. Contact Designers who appear on common error reports to make sure the orders are correct, and the customer journey is not impacted
