Responsibilities
* Supporting the delivery of engineering projects that contribute to strategic transformation, new product introductions and productivity improvements
* Assisting in the specification, procurement, installation and validation of new equipment
* Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and effectively
* Providing engineering support across our global AWM network, learning from experts and growing your technical capabilities
Qualifications
* A degree in engineering, science or equivalent experience
* Experience supporting or managing technical projects, ideally involving capital equipment
* Skills in process validation, change control and project planning tools
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
* A willingness to learn, take initiative and perform as, or grow into, a project leader
