The team is focused on solving complex operational problems across areas like decision-making and workflow automation, using LLMs, agent-based systems, and modern data platforms. They’ve moved past early experimentation and are now scaling what’s already working.
The Role
You’ll build and deploy AI systems end-to-end, with a focus on LLM applications, agents, and scalable backend systems.
What You’ll Do
* Build LLM applications (RAG, agents, copilots)
* Optimise performance, latency, and cost
* Work closely with product and engineering teams
What They’re Looking For
* Experience shipping AI/ML systems into production
* Hands-on with LLMs and modern tooling
* Solid system design and architecture skills
