Talent-UK are delighted to be working exclusively with our client based In West Yorkshire. Our client is a well-established organisation who specialise in IT & Telecomms.
Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a full-time field-based Business Development Manager.
This role is full time and permanent. During the training period the successful individual will be required to be office based for typically 3 months. After successful completion of our clients training, a minimum of two days per week will office based.
Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-added solutions.
Key responsibilities
1. Hunting new business by prospecting, networking, and cold calling. On-boarding new customers to our client.
2. Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the overall department target
3. Understanding the product portfolio and how the solutions work.
4. Resolve customer queries and disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.
5. Maintain and expand customer database by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information on the company CRM system.
6. Up-sell products to customers using telephone, email and face to face meetings.
