Job Title: Market Activation Associate
Salary: £27k basic, with OTE taking your package to £40k and potentially beyond in your first year!

Deliveroo's regional teams drive performance across the UK & Ireland, from Brighton to Bangor, Bolton to Belfast. We're expanding our team of specialists in Manchester and Birmingham with new Market Activation Associate roles.
We are seeking diverse, talented, and commercially aware individuals to join us and capitalize on significant growth opportunities. This role offers:
* £27k basic salary, with OTE up to £40k or more in year one

Role responsibilities include:
* Mapping prospective partners, pitching Deliveroo's value, and signing restaurants and stores loved by consumers
* Conducting on-site visits, emailing, calling, and engaging via social channels to demonstrate our offerings and maintain visibility
* Building a personal brand as a restaurant industry expert within your target city, establishing trust and a referral network
* Overseeing the restaurant onboarding process to ensure efficiency and seamless integration
* Supporting Account Managers to ensure partner success post-signing
* Assisting with guerrilla marketing initiatives like "Painting the Town Teal" and Customer Door Drops
Requirements include:
* Ideally a degree-level education
* Strong commercial acumen, confident communication, and influencing skills to structure mutually beneficial deals
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Ability to articulate product and industry knowledge effectively
* Proactive, independent working style, comfortable in target-driven environments
* Ambitious and determined mindset
* Beneficial: Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Korean, Thai, Arabic, Vietnamese, Malay, Japanese, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi
