Job Vacancy – Part-Time Admin Assistant Company: Cornwall Wood Treatment Services We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our small, hardworking team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and helping keep a busy workplace organised and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Serving customers who visit the yard • Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries • Taking customer orders and providing quotes • Processing orders and invoices using Sage Accounting Software • Arranging deliveries and collections • Liaising with the sawmill and other team members • Assisting with general admin tasks to support day-to-day operations What We Are Looking For • Friendly and professional manner with customers • Good communication and organisational skills • Ability to multitask in a busy environment • Basic computer skills • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team • Experience with Sage is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided Job Details • Position: Part-Time Admin Assistant • Location: 12 United Downs Ind Park, St Day TR16 5HY • Hours: Part-time (hours to be discussed) • Start: Immediate If you are organised, approachable, and enjoy working in a varied role within a small team, we would love to hear from you.
