Social Care Deputy Manager Job, Littlehampton, Permanent, £30K- £35K.
Your new company
Our client is a small, independent company that looks after various supported living services across West Sussex for adults with various mental health conditions and complex needs. They pride themselves on keeping people independent and within their own homes whilst receiving tailored support for their individual needs.
Your new role
You will deputise for 3 services that have individual flats, overseeing support workers and team leaders who are directly involved in providing the support. You will be responsible for producing and maintaining accurate support plans, implementing different risk assessments, managing a team of support workers and team leaders. You will maintain relationships with various professionals to ensure that care needs are being met.
What you'll need to succeed
As well as being a hardworking and passionate Deputy manager, you will also need:
1. At least a level 3 in health and social care - Adults or the equivalent qualification
2. Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
3. Proven Management and leadership skills
4. Experience with working with mental Health conditions such as Bi-Polar, Schizophrenia, eating disorders and other complex needs.
