Your responsibilities will include: Bank reconciliations Preparation and submission of VAT returns Completing Intrastat reports and other statutory filings Stock control and reconciliation of stock movements Managing the creditors ledger: processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and preparing payments Overseeing the debtors ledger: allocating payments, chasing outstanding debts, and issuing statements Credit control: maintaining good relationships with customers while ensuring timely payments Supporting with month-end reporting, journals, accruals, and prepayments Assisting with management accounts preparation and financial reporting General ledger maintenance and reconciliation tasks About you Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or IATI or equivalent (QBE)) 2 years of experience in a similar finance role, ideally within manufacturing or a fast-paced environment Strong Excel skills Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Sage, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Proactive, driven, and eager to learn and grow with the business For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Chanel Gillen in the strictest confidence.
