You'll be working every Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 to 18:00, offering the chance for consistent weekend work at a competitive rate of £35 per hour. What you will do:- Assist the surgical team under the supervision of a consultant surgeon during operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained. - Provide intraoperative support including preparation of the surgical site, handling instruments, and managing specimens. - Apply your strong laparoscopic knowledge across various surgeries such as General, Gynae, and ENT. - Collaborate effectively with theatre nurses and other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care throughout the surgical process. - Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols with vigilance.
If you have UK experience as a Surgical First Assistant and strong laparoscopic knowledge, this is an ideal opportunity for you. Your previous theatre experience and comprehensive expertise will be highly valued in this role.
