Job Opportunity: Sales Support Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to assist our manufacturing client in Sidcup. This is a temporary ongoing position with potential for permanent employment. The role involves providing administrative and data support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform accurate data entry and documentation.
2. Maintain up-to-date records in ERP and internal systems.
3. Coordinate with internal departments for ongoing projects.
4. Input and verify data in the ERP system.
5. Provide general administrative support as needed.
6. Assist with invoice generation and record-keeping post-dispatch.
Requirements:
* Experience in administrative/support roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
