Job Description
Overall Purpose:
* Support the Trust in attracting high-quality candidates by leading Safer Recruitment activities across Brighton and London (BACA, PACA, AAL, DUKES).
* This role is primarily based at BACA, with regular travel to PACA, AAL, and London as needed.
Key Duties:
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in advertising vacancies promptly, complying with legislation and Safer Recruitment policies using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Collaborate with the Northwest Recruitment Coordinator on joint campaigns.
