This is a key role in delivering a high-quality, value-for-money food service that supports the wellbeing of our students, staff, and visitors. Your Responsibilities Will Include: As a Chef Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operation of one or more of our catering outlets. Your key duties will include: Supervising catering assistants and delegating daily tasks. Preparing, cooking, and presenting healthy, imaginative meals to a high standard. Managing stock, placing orders, controlling portion sizes and food wastage, and maintaining profitability. Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, allergy, and risk management regulations. Maintaining accurate documentation and internal monitoring systems, including temperature logs and cleaning schedules. Supporting sustainability practices in food and product procurement. Banking daily income and maintaining a 5-star food hygiene rating in all outlets. Being flexible to work across multiple sites, including evenings and weekends as needed.
