Were looking for an experienced Spec Writer to join our Technical team and help us keep our standards sky-high as we continue to scale. If youre the kind of person who loves accuracy, thrives on organisation, and gets a kick out of making things right first time, youll fit right in.

What youll be stirring up day-to-day:

Owning retailer specs across major UK supermarkets (Top 5 + discounters)
Making sure every ingredient, allergen, nutritional and claim is spot on
Working hand-in-hand with NPD, Quality & Supply Chain from idea to launch
Supporting artwork approvals and product sign-off
Keeping us compliant, consistent and deliciously detail-driven

What youll bring to the table:

Solid experience writing or managing retailer product specs
A sharp eye for detail and a love of tidy, accurate data
Working knowledge of allergens, labelling rules & technical terminology
Confident communication and a knack for juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for food and being part of a tight-knit team
