Job Title: Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant
Location: Haywards Heath
Contract Type: Long Term Contract, 5 days a week, 8:30 - 15:30
This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with previous SEN experience OR a Graduate with a keen interest in this area of work. It is the perfect position for someone in search of hands-on experience working with social, emotional mental health needs.
The SEN LSA opportunity in Haywards Heath is focused on raising attainment with children aged 4-11. As a LSA, you will be working in classes of 5-8 students, with a staff to student ratio of 1:1 for some students.
Great experience for an Aspiring Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist, and gives you excellent grounding across several areas in social, advocacy, mental health, and special educational needs. This school offers restorative, therapeutic approaches to education and behaviour management.

An Undergraduate Degree (preferable) and/or previous SEN experience, ideal for Psychology Graduates/Aspiring Educational Psychologist
Education in English and Maths, Grade 5 / C and above (desired)
