About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to lead sales and customer development in the UK and Ireland. You will grow Wyma’s market presence, deliver agreed revenue and margin targets, and strengthen our brand reputation. Acting as a trusted partner to our customers, you will identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the UK & Ireland territories to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
* Grow market share and enhance Wyma’s brand visibility in the region.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
* Create and execute a Territory Plan to drive sales growth.
* Manage and support dealers, agents, and partners within the territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects through regular visits and communication.
* Contribute to the wider Wyma UK and Europe Sales Team by sharing market insights and supporting sales processes and tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
* Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
* Technically capable — able to understand customer needs and propose suitable Wyma solutions.
* Strong IT literacy (Word, Excel, CRM/ERP).
* Autodesk Inventor / 3D modelling knowledge is an advantage.
* Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and open to change.
* Confident in developing markets and building long-term partnerships.
* Culturally aware and professional in international environments.
* Willing to travel frequently across the UK, Ireland.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in consultative selling and sales process management, ideally within capital equipment, machinery, or food processing industries.
* Proven track record in complex, high-value international sales.
* Confident engaging with all organisational levels.
* Legally authorised to work in UK and assigned territories.
