Proactive currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Executive role in Bedford.
Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive
Location: Bedford
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Employment Basis: Permanent
The Role
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for requests for orders, quotes, and product questions. Candidates must have experience with SAP and ideally manufacturing sales/admin experience.
The Work Will Include The Following
* Handle internal & external customer inquiries regarding quotes & orders, utilizing established standard operating policies & procedures.
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams with a high sense of accountability and urgency.
* Handle standard customer escalations autonomously, aiming for first contact resolution when possible.
* Assist customers with supplier portal or supplier application form requests.
* Update order status and expedite orders by working closely with production & purchasing teams.
To apply for this role, you must have:
* Previous professional customer care experience within manufacturing sales.
* Experience with SAP.
* Experience with CRM platforms.
* Demonstrated mechanical or technical aptitude is preferred.
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
