We are delighted to be supporting a growing contractor in Surrey who are looking to appoint a Bid Coordinator / Lead Generator to play a key role in the continued growth of their contracting division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in bids, sales, or marketing (ideally within construction) who enjoys combining creative writing with business development.
The Role:
* Research and track tenders and project opportunities across the construction sector
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline to support business growth
* Prepare high-quality bid documents, PQQs, case studies, and submission materials
* Maintain bid libraries, templates, and supporting resources
* Identify and develop new client leads, arranging stakeholder meetings
* Support client relationship management and account growth
* Ensure bid documents and systems are well-structured and up to date
About You:
* Strong written communication and document presentation skills
* 2+ years' experience in bids, sales, or marketing (construction knowledge a plus)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word
* Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders
* Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and eager to learn
