Our client is a growing SaaS provider in the hospitality technology space. Their platform helps hotels and resorts streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and maximise revenue through integrated tools covering reservations, ecommerce, experience management, and unified payments.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Lead to take ownership of the EMS (Experience Management System) product build and delivery. Reporting directly into the Head of Engineering, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers and drive the technical development of a key B2B product line.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of full-stack engineers working on the EMS platform.
* Own the end-to-end delivery of EMS product features.
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
* Guide architectural decisions and maintain high engineering standards.
* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, customer-focused software.
* Promote innovation, continuous learning, and best practices within the team.
Required Skills/Experience
* Proven experience in leading full-stack engineering teams within a SaaS or B2B environment.
* Strong technical expertise with React and TypeScript.
* Background in building scalable B2B products.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Beneficial: Experience in hospitality technology or building SaaS products for hotels, travel, or ecommerce sectors.
