With a permanent team of around 30 staff, and visitor numbers around 160,000 each year, Hidcote is a busy and vibrant property.This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same. Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team. You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something. You may be asked to work weekends and bank holidays, to work outside sometimes, and to support and sometimes travel to other National Trust sites.The National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart.
