Role: SEN Teacher with QTS
Rate of pay: £750 – £900 Per week
Location: Birmingham
**About the role**
Connex Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Teacher to join a Local SEND school. You will be responsible for planning high quality, engaging lessons that are tailored to the specific needs of the children. You will prioritise the academic and emotional growth of the children, preparing them for life beyond education. This role includes managing challenging behaviour, using effective strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

**Role Requirements**
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Proven experience working within a SEN classroom as a Teacher.
* A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
* An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
