Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in Faversham. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, handling inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include negotiating sales or lettings agreements, managing property listings, conducting viewings, and liaising with clients, developers, and landlords to ensure smooth transactions. The role will also involve meeting individual and team sales targets while upholding the company’s values of professionalism and excellence.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Estate Agency and an understanding of Lettings practices
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction
* Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
* Organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage property listings effectively
* Experience in property management or the real estate industry is advantageous
* Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a customer-focused mindset
* A valid UK driver’s license is desirable for travel to property viewings
