The Restaurant Manager role - Lead the restaurant operation day to day, setting the standard for service and performance
Drive financial results through effective labour control, cost management, and stock accuracy
Analyse performance reports and make informed operational decisions
Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Front of House team
Manage employee relations professionally and work closely with other departments when required
Ensure excellent guest experience and consistent brand standards
Maintain full compliance across health & safety, food safety, and internal systems
The successful Restaurant Manager candidate - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Senior Hospitality Manager
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing costs and margins
Confident people leader with the ability to handle team and guest issues calmly and professionally
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable with systems, reports, and admin
Able to work independently and take full ownership of the business
