Overview
St Mary's Catholic College is seeking an enthusiastic Data Administrator to lead on the management, processing, and analysis of pupil and school data through systems such as Arbor, SISRA, and ALPs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support student tracking, target setting, and whole school improvement. The role maintains assessment and reporting systems, prepares data for internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with statutory data returns. Additionally, the post holder will provide support to staff in the effective use of MIS systems and contribute to the smooth operation of curriculum, cover, and examination processes.
Responsibilities
* Lead on management, processing, and analysis of pupil and school data through systems such as Arbor, SISRA, and ALPs
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support student tracking, target setting, and whole school improvement
* Maintain assessment and reporting systems and prepare data for internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with statutory data returns
* Provide support to staff in the effective use of MIS systems
* Contribute to the smooth operation of curriculum, cover, and examination processes
* Work as part of a team and use initiative; be proactive with excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, maintaining a calm and professional manner
Contract and Location
Location: St Mary\'s Catholic College
Contract: Full-time fixed term until 31 August 2027. 36 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (term time + 3 weeks).

Salary
Salary: Band D SCP 6-7 £25,989 - £26,403 FTE £23,709 - £24,087 (Actual)
