Responsible for key analysis, budgeting, forecasting and key stakeholder engagement whilst looking into best working practices, implementing new processed and upgrading processes.

* Prepare, develop, and deliver comprehensive monthly reports, ensuring accuracy through thorough testing and error resolution.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align reporting with evolving business requirements and drive continuous improvement.
* Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in reports.
* Manage and analyse large, complex datasets, translating them into clear, actionable business insights.
* Develop a strong understanding of data sources and workflows to support accurate data transformation and reporting.
* Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by reviewing inputs, consolidating data, and delivering high-level analytical outputs.
* Provide support to internal teams during process changes to ensure alignment with broader group reporting objectives.
* Lead initiatives in automation and process enhancement to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity.

* Part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
* Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
