About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to join our operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on leadership skills and grow into a management role in a fast-paced, customer-focused production environment.
You’ll begin by leading a dedicated section of the factory, supervising a team of 25 to 50 operatives, while working closely with the Operations Manager and Production Leader. Your focus will be on ensuring productivity, high quality standards, safety, and on-time, in-full (OTIF) customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage your section of the production floor, ensuring output and quality targets are met.
2. Motivate and coach your team to deliver consistent performance and drive engagement.
3. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify operational efficiencies.
4. Ensure Health & Safety and compliance policies are followed at all times.
5. Coordinate with engineering and other departments to manage downtime and workflow.
6. Record and report KPIs, productivity metrics, and team performance to management.
7. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new colleagues.
8. Uphold quality standards aligned with EN14065 (Healthcare-specific as required).
What We’re Looking For
9. A recent graduate - ideally in a STEM, business, logistics or engineering discipline.
10. Supervisory or leadership experience - any previous experience managing people is a plus.
11. A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to lead by example.
12. Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
13. Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within the organisation.
