Job Description
3. Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database.
5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
6. Processing orders and managing related administrative tasks efficiently.
7. Monitoring and tracking delivery schedules to provide updates to customers.
8. Assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
9. Providing general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role in the retail industry.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy.
13. Proficiency in using standard office software and databases.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
