Work Pattern
Hybrid 2 days after 3 months probation
Your new role
You'll be joining the Sales team as an account manager, supporting the business through office based sales calls and business development consultancy. Duties include:
1. Develop and maintain client relationships to expand your sales plan across FM, catering, hospitality and education sectors.
2. Examine your market to maintain a strong presence and target key client bases.
3. Keep close contact with key stakeholders to generate a strong customer base.
4. Achieve targets set out by the team relative to your level.
5. Be a key team member supporting and collaborating with the wider sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven sales experience working to targets and KPIs. This can be in telesales, in-person sales, business development etc. and isn't industry specific.
7. Confidence on the phone when calling clients and excellentmunication skills.
8. Resilience and ambition for growth.
9. A team player mentality
10. Full drivers' licence is preferable (upon promotion there arepany car benefits and on site visit requirements)
