Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of FUZE. This is a pivotal and dynamic role at the heart of our company’s operations, ensuring the CEO’s time and focus are optimised for maximum impact.
You will be a true partner to the CEO, managing a complex schedule and acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. A critical aspect of this role involves the creation and customisation of high-stakes client presentations, requiring exceptional PowerPoint skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be a master of logistics, possess impeccable discretion, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
* Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic diary, scheduling meetings, and anticipating scheduling conflicts to ensure the optimal use of time.
* Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for the CEO, exercising exceptional judgement in prioritising communications and requests.
* Prepare the CEO for all engagements by compiling detailed briefing documents, agendas, and meeting packs.
* Accurately capture actions and key decisions in meetings and ensure rigorous follow-up.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Presentation & Communication Excellence
* Design, create, and customise sophisticated client-facing presentations in PowerPoint, translating the CEO's vision and data into compelling and visually impactful narratives.
* Draft and manage high-level correspondence on behalf of the CEO with confidentiality and tact.
* Serve as a key liaison for the CEO’s internal team and external network, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Travel & Logistics
* Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including transport, accommodation, and detailed agendas.
* Seamlessly manage expense reporting and reconciliation for the CEO.
Office & Project Management
* Provide general administrative support, including answering calls and managing incoming communications.
* Maintain impeccable digital and physical filing systems.
* Lead or support discrete ad-hoc projects and initiatives, demonstrating ownership from conception to execution.
You Will Bring (Experience & Skills)
* Proven Experience: Significant experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting at the Senior Management or CEO level.
* Advanced PowerPoint Proficiency: This is a essential requirement. You must have a proven ability to create customised, sophisticated, and visually compelling client presentations.
* Master Organiser: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Polished Communication: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with individuals at all levels.
* Discretion & Integrity: An unwavering commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
