ROLE OVERVIEW The role sits within the BD&M department which provides a full marketing and business development programme to the JTC Group. PURPOSE OF JOB To collect, organize and analyze data to provide ongoing and up to date business insights supporting JTC's strategic planning. Develop, produce and maintain analytics and reporting on new business, website metrics, marketing campaigns and leads tracked through Salesforce ensuring careful analysis and clear, meaningful metrics decision making processes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Work collaboratively with JTC's divisional business development and marketing teams to identify key metrics and reporting requirements. Identify performance trends and propose innovative techniques for data driven decisions. Retrieve and compile large volumes of data from various sources for the purpose of performance evaluation, this includes new business reporting through Salesforce and marketing activity via Pardot, Google Analytics, Social Media and SEO. Organize, analyze, and present data in clear and concise reports. This includes marketing campaign performance, including return on investment, conversion rates, lead generation and new business. Resolve any issues or inconsistencies in the performance data. Present reports to the management and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain databases and data systems as necessary. Perform quality control of all reports to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support ad hoc reporting requests and assist in special projects. Continuously refine reporting processes and procedures for improved efficiency and capability, documenting them in an accurate and timely manner. Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and JTC's policy and procedure. Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviors. Any other duties as deemed necessary by senior management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field. 2-4 years' experience in data analysis with an emphasis on digital marketing analytics. Proficient in Salesforce Analytics, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. Knowledge of SQL and other data analysis tools are a plus. Exceptional data analysis skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills, able to present data and insights in a clear, concise manner. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities. Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
