Position; Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician
Location; Bicester
Salary; £35,000 - £45,000
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, paint repairs, and vehicle cosmetic repairs.
You will be working on a mobile basis, carrying out high-quality repairs to customer vehicles while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining company standards.
Key responsibilities;
* Carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and repairs
* Perform S.M.A.R.T repairs including scratches, scuffs, dents, and paint damage
* Prepare, prime, paint, and finish vehicle surfaces to a high standard
* Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods
* Use repair equipment and materials safely and effectively
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the mobile unit/work area
* Provide professional customer service at all times
Required;
* Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment and/or S.M.A.R.T repair
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and paint processes
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Full UK Driving Licence required
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working in a mobile repair environment
* Knowledge of colour matching and paint blending
* Bodyshop or vehicle cosmetic repair background
