🕒 Part-Time – 24 Hours/Week (Mon, Tues + Weds or Thurs – 8 hrs/day, non-negotiable)
💰 Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per annum (pro-rata), depending on skills and experience

🔍 Job Summary:
This GP Surgery is a large, forward-looking training practice in Coventry, caring for approximately 15,000 patients. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly, multi-disciplinary team on a permanent, part-time basis.
You will work 24 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday or Thursday (8 hours per day – non-negotiable). This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and autonomous practitioner to make a real impact in a busy GP setting.
🩺 Main Duties of the Role:

Independently assess, diagnose, manage and treat patients with a wide range of acute and chronic presentations.
*
Demonstrate critical thinking and advanced clinical decision-making.
*
Work both autonomously and collaboratively within the wider clinical team.
*
Take lead responsibility for patient care while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
*
All appointments are 10 minutes long and triaged beforehand — focused on one acute issue per visit.
*
Receive protected admin and results time, and enjoy dedicated mentorship with a GP every two weeks.

Supportive clinical team including GPs, nurses, HCAs and admin.

Strong focus on professional development, patient safety and staff wellbeing.
✅ Requirements:
*
Registered Nurse with ANP qualification and relevant MSc/PGDip (or working towards).
*
Independent prescribing qualification (V300) preferred.
*
Experience in a primary care or GP setting desirable.
*
Confident in autonomous practice with excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
