Role: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £25,000-£28,000
Pertemps are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to work with their Edinburgh based client. We are looking to speak to dynamic and customer-focused individuals, if you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service look no further.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers through various channels, processing orders accurately, and coordinating seamless product deliveries. Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers through multiple channels (telephone, email, live chat, social media)
* Address general inquiries, support with product queries
* Input and accurately process customer orders
* Ensure timely and efficient handling from order placement to delivery.
* Work closely with other departments to arrange delivery and liaise with customers
* Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
* Stay informed about our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
About You:
* Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
* Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
