Physiatrist – Locum Tenens (Inpatient Facility) – Rhode Island

Shift: Day shift, on-call, and 24‑hour call
Duration: Locum (short-term)
Board Certification: Required in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services
* Conduct patient consultations, rounds, admissions, and discharges
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress notes
* Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team (physicians, nurses, therapists)
* Manage a caseload of 14–18 patients per day
Qualifications
* MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
* Clinical experience in inpatient physiatry preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and on-call during day shift
