Graduate Planner – Welshpool
Salary: £24,000–£28,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits

Our client, a respected planning consultancy in Welshpool, is seeking a Graduate Planner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and rural developments, while receiving tailored training and professional development support.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting senior planners on a range of planning applications and appeals.
2. Conducting research, site visits, and preparing planning documents.
3. Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
4. Contributing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to shape sustainable developments in the region.
What We’re Looking For
5. A relevant degree in Town Planning, Geography, Environmental Management, or a related field.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach.
8. A genuine passion for planning and improving local environments.
9. Full UK driving licence (preferred).
