We are currently working with a leading private healthcare provider in Surrey who are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their on-site maintenance team.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong background in building maintenance and multi-trade work to operate within a high-quality healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hospital site
* Diagnose and resolve defects efficiently and to a high standard
* Conduct inspections of reported issues and implement effective solutions
* Ensure all work complies with health & safety and site regulations
* Complete all required documentation (e.g. timesheets, maintenance logs)
* Identify and report recurring or major issues to the Facilities Manager
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Site Engineer or Multi Trade role
* Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance and construction
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
* Good communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
* Experience xsngvjr within healthcare or similar environments (desirable but not essential)
