MaintainandensuretheaccuracyofCRMdata
Assistwithusertrainingandsystemguidance
Supporttesting,developmentandcontinuousimprovementoftheCRMsystem
ProduceKPIreportsformanagementandregularreportsforsalesteams
Provideadhocreportingasrequired
Maintainandupdateterritoryandaccountinformation
Supportcustomercommunicationprocesses
Collaboratewithinternalandexternalsalesteams
Assistwithleadgenerationactivitiesandsalescampaigns
