Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Administration/Accounts Assistant to join a supportive team within an engineering solutions company in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities Administration: * Front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls * Liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email * General office administration and support tasks Accounts: * Managing the purchase ledger * Processing supplier invoices and payments using Sage 50 Cloud * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records About You * Experience in a similar admin/accounts role, ideally within an engineering or technical environment * Proficiency in Sage 50 Cloud or similar accounting software * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude * Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting In return, our client offers a supportive and friendly working environment, flexible working hours, and opportunities to develop and grow within the role.
