Summary of the role and key responsibilities
* Lead People Strategy: Develop and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting rapid growth and talent development.
* Partner with Leadership: Be a trusted advisor to the Directors and senior stakeholders across the business.
* Talent & Workforce Planning: Design hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and create a top-tier employer brand.
* Engage & Retain Talent: Champion the values, enhance employee engagement, and build succession plans for key roles.
* Drive Operational Excellence: Manage policies, compliance, and continuous HR improvement across the board.
* Culture & Leadership: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Support and coach managers to lead with impact.
* Data-Led Decisions: Use insights and HR analytics to influence business strategy and measure success.
