Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with mental health conditions i
* Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Support clients in developing coping skills, managing symptoms, and achieving their recovery goals.
* Foster a therapeutic and supportive environment conducive to the well-being and safety of clients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals, social workers, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Monitor client progress and behavior, document observations, and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
* Provide emotional support, encouragement, and advocacy for clients to enhance their quality of life and independence.
* Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in mental health care.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a mental health for over a year
* Hold a current advanced CPI Certificate
* Compassionate and non judgmental approach to supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and other professionals.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules.
* Knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and recovery principles is preferred.
* Driving Licence is preferred but not essential.
* Must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorships
