We are currently recruiting for a Head of Commercial to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
Working as part of a high performing Commercial Team, your responsibilities will involve working closely with key clients (pharmaceutical companies) and liaising with all operational heads to ensure business growth opportunities are identified and realised by:
* Working with internal teams to develop resources to support the Commercial (Pharma.) team
* Provide coaching and leadership of the Commercial (Pharma.) team, supported by the Chief Commercial Officer
* Work as part of the Commercial management team to create individual development plans
* Implementation of the commercial strategy according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth and service excellence
* Utilise data to understand and analyse commercial trends in order to deliver sales support around existing services.
* Working with Patient Insights team to provide support to data strategy.
* Collaborative working with operational teams to ensure supply of services are aligned to account needs, anticipating any potential changes in the market and provide feedback
* Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth and service excellence
To be a driven Senior Commercial Manager, have an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills whilst being a creative tactician with excellent organizational abilities, with a drive for achieving and developing high performance in others. Demonstrating leadership behaviours, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise according to business and team needs
To work with the Commercial team to help develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships with new and existing partners across a portfolio of accounts, to achieve long-term business and growth success.
To keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide insights to the Commercial Director.
Maintain and grow own professional profile and knowledge of the homecare market, attending development and training courses as agreed with the Chief Commercial Officer and Company Objectives.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
* 5 years or more proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager/ Business Development Manager/NSI Manager or other relevant role with demonstrable Sales and Partnership success
* Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
* Proven experience in commercial business analysis
* Understanding of the UK NHS across the 4 nations
* Homecare experience not essential
Qualifications
* Significant breadth of business analysis experience with demonstrable success
* Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market
* Ability to apply understanding of NHS environment, threats, challenges, and opportunities to a variety of customer needs
* Degree or equivalent
* Demonstrable customer relationship management skills
* Excellent communicator; orally and in writing
Personal Skills & Qualities
* A Proven and Enthusiastic analytical/commercial manager whose skills have been developed within either the NHS / Homecare or Pharmaceuticals Industry working with managers of all levels.
* Excellent interpersonal skills that allow him/her to represent the interests of the Company in a way that promotes credibility, authority, and trust
* Experience in portfolio management across the broadest array of disparate products and therapies with a proven experience of relationship management.
* Ability to create new ideas, identify growth opportunities and drive them through to implementation
* Well-honed communication and influencing skills
* Motivated and dedicated with a committed approach in understanding the business and industry
* Demonstrate leadership skills and is adaptable in style
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in managing data and problem-solving
* Systematic approach to tasks and dedicated completer finisher
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
