About the Role
Stax - Deep Tech Headhunters are partnering with a high-growth international Series A company on a mission to transform the way organisations harness AI for customer support and product operations. As VP of Core Products, you will take the helm of the platform’s product lifecycle—driving strategy, execution, and innovation across a suite of AI-powered tools and foundational services.
This role is pivotal in leading product direction, managing a growing team of Directors and PMs, and ensuring product cohesion across surfaces like analytics, search, smart workflows, and persona-based AI experiences. You’ll shape the product DNA that helps this scale-up move fast, stay aligned, and create meaningful value for customers.
What You’ll Do
* Own and evolve product strategy across all core customer- and internal-facing product areas.
* Lead and scale a multi-layered PM organization spanning applications, platform services, and AI-driven user experiences.
* Drive operational excellence and consistency in product planning, execution, and delivery quality.
* Set high standards for product development — from discovery and spec quality to usage and impact metrics.
* Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on outcomes and timelines.
* Act as a steward of product craft, nurturing a culture of high ownership, rapid iteration, and user-first decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
* 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles within high-growth SaaS environments.
* Proven experience with platform-oriented architecture and application development across multiple product surfaces.
* Deep understanding of AI-driven products, with a passion for leveraging data and automation to solve complex user problems.
* Operational rigor: skilled in roadmap ownership, agile delivery, and cross-functional prioritization.
* Track record of building, mentoring, and retaining world-class PM teams.
* Clear, concise communicator with a bias toward action and customer empathy.
