Job Description:
Summary:
The Sourcing Compliance and Reporting Manager is responsible for process ownership within the Dundee sourcing team. This includes creating, developing, and optimizing processes, managing contracts, and maintaining metrics, data, and monthly reports such as scorecards. The role also involves ensuring legal obligations like conflict minerals and ethical trading are tracked. The position is hands-on, supporting daily operations and strategic sourcing initiatives, acting as the 'air traffic control' of sourcing activities.
The role oversees the strategic sourcing compliance and reporting strategy, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to develop efficient, robust solutions. Immediate priorities include cost improvements for the Dundee (DFS) business. The role requires proactive stakeholder management, demonstrating ownership and accountability across the organization. Performance metrics, reporting tools, and best practices will be developed and utilized to drive excellence. Tasks may include ad hoc issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Create measurement processes to support cost improvement initiatives.
4. Address process weaknesses through structured analysis and improvement.
5. Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering to ensure accurate and fair processes.
6. Understand sourcing operations and value delivery in cost improvement efforts.
7. Proactively identify technological improvements, such as Oracle reporting, Power BI automation, and contract databases.
8. Identify opportunities for business improvement through supplier consolidation, contractual management, and product simplification.
9. Implement new tools and technologies to enhance reporting and analytics.
10. Manage supplier contract portals, risk registers, and compliance databases.
11. Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations.
12. Support change management through business case development and stakeholder engagement.

Candidate Experience and Qualifications:
1. Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
2. Minimum of five years in a similar role, preferably within engineering or high-volume manufacturing.
3. Proven track record in process improvement and analytics.
4. Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Power BI is an advantage.
5. Proficient in MS Office suite.
6. Expertise in service contracts and terms & conditions management.
7. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
